Murphy's is a full line store, established in 1926.  Our relationship with manufacturers and manufacturer's representatives assists us in getting the best possible prices and the best service.  Murphy's operates a complete retail facility in Stillwater, Oklahoma. 

During business hours (we are open monday - saturday 10am - 6 pm central time) you will get an actual person to talk with, and not an automated phone system.  Our customer service people have in depth knowledge of china, housewares, gift and baby and child items and will be able to answer questions you have.  In a few cases, we will need to get answers from manufacturers. 

We know who to call at the suppliers to get questions answered, and to get hard-to-find items.  We also specialize in patterns which have been identified for future-discontinuance by the manufacturers and can normally order pieces in these patterns after other stores have given up on them.
